About Dr. Earley

Dr. Earley describes himself first as a follower of Christ, a husband to his bride Lori, and a father to his 3 sons: Thomas, Noah and Gabriel.

Dr. Earley is also a Family Medicine physician who was blessed to start his medical career later in life. He grew up an Army brat but moved to North Carolina as soon as he could to specialize in Family Medicine at ECU. Since graduating from one of the country’s top 2 Family Medicine programs, he worked in a clinic for about 18 months with Vidant then transitioned to Vidant Beaufort Hospital to be the Chair for the Pediatric inpatient service as well as an adult hospitalist.

While he has thoroughly enjoyed his current position at Vidant Beaufort, his dream has been to open a solo practice office in a small town. The catch was he knew he would never be able to practice medicine the way his patients deserved if he were beholden to insurance companies for his payments. The best approach for him and his patients was Direct Primary Care. Since Dr. Manning had very successfully implemented this model in Williamston, he joined forces with Dr. Manning to expand AccessMedicine’s services from Williamston to Washington by opening Cornerstone Family Medicine, a division of AccessMedicine.
